We take this very seriously. The hotel has ultraviolet germicidal lamps that disinfect the air and surrounding surfaces. Nobody stays in the room during treatment: all cats are kept out of the lamps' range and return to their rooms once it is over. In addition, every room is treated twice a day with a professional disinfectant made for places where animals are kept; it protects against viral and bacterial infections. It is odourless and completely safe for people, animals and the environment. Our play area is disinfected after each guest's playtime. We care about your pets!
The daily routine is built around your pet's individual needs. At check-in we ask about your cat's character in detail. Our caring cat sitters make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible.
We always have food in stock, so your pet will never go hungry. At check-out you pay for the extra days and for the food provided.
We recommend bringing a favourite toy and enough food for the whole stay if your pet prefers a particular brand. Food of any kind can also be bought at the hotel. We provide a litter tray, litter, a scoop, bowls and toys.
Yes, our Deluxe rooms allow this: they are larger and fit two cats.
The first and last days of the stay are charged as full days.
Yes, if rooms are available. The extra days are paid for at check-out.
Yes, the hotel draws up a service agreement. The bill is paid at check-in. We also sign a cat intake form with you, and a return form when you come back.
You need to book a room in advance. On check-in day, bring your pet's vet passport with up-to-date vaccinations and parasite treatments, and your own passport for the agreement.
Yes, by prior arrangement.
We accept clinically healthy cats. Each guest has a check-up before check-in. Your pet must not have any infectious diseases or flare-ups of chronic conditions.
